Copo A Copo (2023): Story
Tatsumi Yuri breaks Yuri’s family’s chains and runs away. Now that she is free, she lives in the cheap Osaka apartment building Copo. Nakajo Hiroshi, Ishida Teppei, and Miyaji Yuzo are some of the other people who live there. All of these people who live here have their own lives.
Hiroshi Nakajo gets a living by getting money from women. Ishida Teppei works as a laborer and has trouble telling people how he feels. Miyaji Yuzo doesn’t talk about his past, and the business he’s in seems sketchy.
Someone else who lived there, Yamaguchi, hanged himself one day, and Miyaji Yuzo finds him. People in Tatsumi Yuri’s neighborhood see Yamaguchi’s death and think about their own lives.
