Rinjin X: Giwaku no Kanojo (2023): Story
A lot of X refugees come to Earth. They were sent away from their home world because of a disagreement. It’s hard for countries on Earth to figure out how to handle the flood of these interplanetary immigrants. In a statement, both the U.S. and Japanese governments said they would take in X refugees.
The X refugees change their looks into human beings and live with regular people. People in the host countries can’t tell the difference between X refugees based on looks, and they don’t know if any of them live with them. People worry, get lost, and are scared of the X refugees, so they look for the refugees who might live with them.
Sasa Kentaro writes for a weekly magazine. He pretends to be a reporter and goes up to Kashiwagi Ryoko, who is thought to be an X refugee, for a story. He gets to know her better and starts to like her, but he’s not sure if she’s human.
