“The Deal” or “The Perfect Deal” is a 2023 South Korean live TV show with Yoo Seung-ho, Yoo Su-bin, and Kim Dong-hwi as the main characters. The show is based on Woonam 20’s webcomic of the same name. It’s about two young guys who take their friend hostage by accident.
The series premiered at the ‘On Screen’ segment of the 28th Busan International Film Festivals on October 5, 2023. Starting on Friday, October 6th, you can watch two new episodes every Friday on Wavve.

The Perfect Deal (2023): Story
Three friends, Lee Joon Sung, Song Jae Hyo, and Park Min Woo, all finished from high school at the same time and are now twenty years old.
In high school, Joon Sung was a rising sports star, but his hopes were dashed. He chooses to put his life back together after getting lost for a while.
A person in high school named Jae Hyo went by the name Lee Jun Sung. They are now going to medical school. Min Woo is the only son of a very rich family.
Three friends get together for drinks, and Jae Hyo asks Jun Sung and Min Woo for help because she is having a hard time. He sets up a fake robbery of Min Woo on the spur of the moment to get a billion won and stay out of trouble.
Things take an unexpected turn after the kidnapping is staged, though, and the problems that follow lead all three of them down a dark and rough road.

1) Yoo Seung-ho as Lee Jun-Seong (Instagram)
Yoo Seung-ho is a South Korean actor who was born in Incheon on August 17, 1993. His career started as a child actor, and his role in “The Way Home” made him famous.
He’s been in a lot of movies and TV shows since then, like “The Perfect Deal“, “Remember: War of the Son” (2015), “I’m Not a Robot” (2017), “My Strange Hero” (2018), “Memorist” (2020), and “Beyond Evil” (2021). Yoo has also won a lot of awards for his acting.
For his part in “Remember: War of the Son,” he got the Grand Prize at the KBS Drama Awards. At the moment, YG Entertainment is his agent.
2) Yoo Su-bin as Park Min-woo (Instagram)
Yoo Su-bin is a South Korean actor who was born in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, on November 6, 1992. He started his acting career as Yang Jung Suk in the 2017 drama series “Prison Playbook.”
He has since been in a number of well-known dramas, including “The Perfect Deal“, “Beyond Evil” (2021), “Crash Landing on You” (2019), and “Start-Up” (2020). Some movies that Yoo has been in are “Curtain Call” (2016), “The Chase” (2017), and “Exit” (2019).
He is famous for playing a North Korean soldier in the drama “Crash Landing on You” who was crazy about South Korean plays. Yoo is worked with by J-Wide Company.
3) Kim Dong-hwi as Song Jae-hyo (Instagram)
Kim Dong-hwi is a South Korean actor who was born in Seoul on December 26, 1995. He began his work as a model and then moved on to acting.
Some of the movies and TV shows Kim has been in are “The Perfect Deal“, “The Royal Tailor” (2014), “Phantom Detective” (2016), “Where to Go” (2018), “In Our Prime” (2022), and “Missing: The Other Side 2” (2022–2023).
Also, he has won a lot of awards for his acting. For his part in “In Our Prime,” he got the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Actor. Kim is currently signed with ACE FACTORY.
4) Lee Joo-young as Cha Soo-an (Instagram)
Lee Joo-young is a South Korean actress who was born in Seoul on February 14, 1992. She studied at Kyung Hee University, where she majored in Theater and Film. Lee’s first movie part was in “Behinds” in 2011.
She became famous for her roles in the TV shows “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo” (2016–17) and “Itaewon Class” (2020). It was as reporter Seo Jeong-in in the OCN thriller drama series “Times” that she got her first lead part.
“The Perfect Deal“, “Something in the Rain” (2018), “The Ghost Detective” (2018), and “Beyond Evil” are some of Lee’s other well-known drama roles. In 2019, she won the Rising Star Award at the BIFF Marie Claire Asia Star Awards. Lee is currently signed with Ace Factory.
