Netflix announced the full cast for Squid Game Season 2 also Known As Squid Game 2, Ojingeo Geim Sijeun 2, Ojingeo Geim 2, and 오징어게임2 on June 28. There are 8 more stars who will be joining the group. Their names are listed below in the Cast section.
Netflix also said that the first table read happened the week of June 26 and that filming will start later in 2023. There is no set date for when Season 2 will be out. This means that the second season probably won’t come out until 2024 or later.

Squid Game Season 2: Story
The second season of Squid Game picks up a few years after the first season-ending. Hwang Dong-hyuk, who made the show, has hinted that the new season will look into where the games came from and how they came to be.
The story is about a new group of people who are forced to play dangerous games. One of them is a police officer named Hwang Jun-ho, who is looking into how his brother got lost. He learns that his brother used to play the games and that there is more to them than meets the eye as he digs deeper into the story.
As the games go on, alliances are made and broken, and participants are taken out one by one. Now more than ever, the players have to use all of their smarts and strategy to stay alive.
There isn’t an exact date yet for when Squid Game Season 2 will be out. Netflix has said, though, that filming will start later this year. We’ll just have to be patient until we hear more about what’s coming up.

He is also known for his part as Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009) and its follow-up, G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013). In 2013, he co-starred with Bruce Willis in Red 2. He had a recurring part as the frontman in the Netflix hit survival show Squid Game 1 in 2021.

Wi Ha-joon is a South Korean actor, model, and singer. The South Korean island of Soando is where he was born on August 5, 1991. His most famous part was in the Netflix show Squid Game (2021), which made him famous all over the world.
Along with the TV shows Something in the Rain (2018), Romance Is a Bonus Book (2019), 18 Again (2020), Little Women (2022), and The Worst of Evil (2023), Wi has also been in the movies Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum (2018), Shark: The Beginning (2021), and Midnight (2021). She has also been in several music videos, such as “Beautiful Night” by Yesung, “Remains” by Kwak Jin Eon, and “I Like You” by Day. She will be in the TV shows “Celebrity” and “A Good Day to Be a Dog“ in 2023.
