Nishikata (Soya Kurokawa) and Takagi-san (Rui Tsukishima) are middle school friends and neighbors. At school, they sit next to each other. The teachers like Takagi-san because she is smart. Takagi-san likes to tease Nishikata and finds it funny when anyone does it to him, but Nishikata gets mad when she does it. He also makes fun of her to get back at her, but that doesn’t work on her very often.
